Dale has several years experience in the auctioning arena and he is personally dedicated to wildlife conservation. On average, he does more than 70 wildlife conservation banquets a year, including the National Wild Turkey Federation, National Rifle Association, Ducks Unlimited, Coastal Conservation Association, Quail Unlimited, Quality Deer Management Association, North Carolina Waterfowl Association, North Carolina Bow Hunters Association and Buck Masters. He has personally donated many items, including guns, custom made calls, and turkey hunts, to be given away and enhance the quality and success of the banquet. Along with the donation of tons of items, he has donated hundreds of hours of volunteer time over the past 16 years.

He started doing NWTF auctions with Ed Andrews when he was the only regional director in N.C. Dale has traveled to help establish new chapters and make their banquets and auctions a success. Most of this time and travel was donated to assist in and ensure the growth of the NWTF and the benefits it has on wildlife and conservation in general.
